In addition to his teaching duties, he worked as a trainer for various ages in baseball, softball, basketball, football, and strength & agility. Mr. Forton states that his favorite part was "helping every athlete inch closer to making their dreams a reality through hard work, while also working with college athletes to solidify their skills."
Mr. Forton says that "I married my high school sweetheart, soulmate, and biggest fan" Tara, (who is currently a 2nd/3rd Grade Special Education Teacher at Dewitt Public Schools) in October of 2012. We have two kids; Trace (10 - Fourth Grade at P-W Elementary) and Taylynn (11 - Fifth Grade at P-W Elementary).
Our whole family loves God, sports, spending time with family, spending time with friends, hunting, and fishing. We root for various teams in various sports, but will always root for our Broncos, and the one that will stick out the most is Ohio State, GO BUCKEYES!
